A good review, Paolo. And a difficult book to "sell", especially if it raises more questions than it answers, although those could be fodder for discussion and future works. Given the tidal waves of books, articles and other media that social media pros have to choose from, we need to be selective with our time. Your review helps make that choice, and that is a Good Thing!
