Local Company Uses Twitter To Help With Updated Tracking Information On the Swine Flu

Now technology can be used to alert the world about important news, like the latest swine flu pandemic. Veratect, a local company here in Kirkland, Washington are constantly updating/tracking the status worldwide on the swine flu through Twitter.

  1. Twitter is the “real-time word of mouths” tool, said by Paul Gillen. It would be an great tool to utilize in time-sensitive industry or to spred the time-sensitive messages. I guess Twitter will be useful in the stock market as well.
