		<description>It is great to see that the brands have already adopted the Twitter into their marketing strategy. That tracking Twitter is a quite useful tool for us to monitor how those brands communicate with the followers on Twitter. Twitter is a great place where the brands can cultivate their credibility and provide customer services. The art of the language in Twitter is also an interesting topic to me. How those brands choose the words and present them to the followers on Twitter helps to build the brand image. For example, if Jack in the Box on Twitter, I would expect that the brand would use a tone of &quot;Jack&quot; to talk to the followers on it.
